The Springfield-Greene County Library District recently added a permanent sculpture to the Sculpture Walk Springfield.

Patrons of all ages are invited to celebrate the grand opening of the Hatch Auditorium at the Library Center, 4653 S. Campbell Ave., with events on Tuesday, Jan. 13, and Friday-Sunday, Jan. 16-18.

The Springfield-Greene County Library Foundation has received a $2.34 million estate gift from the late Ava Louise Gager Smith.
