Private Rentals
Fee-based reservations are considered private events. The following uses of Library spaces are fee-based reservations:
Personal events, including but not limited to birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, or family reunions
Fundraisers and events for which admission is charged, donations are collected, or tickets are required
Public education seminars hosted by for-profit businesses, regardless of whether admission is charged
Soliciting or selling of products or services not directly connected with the Library
Hatch Auditorium
Located at The Library Center, Hatch Auditorium is a stunning 500-seat venue designed to host larger events and performances. The space features professional audio and visual equipment and modular seating to accommodate a variety of events. Community Rooms
Community Rooms are larger spaces that can accommodate groups ranging from 20 to 150 people. Community Room fees for private events range from $100.00 to $150.00 for a 2 hour minimum reservation. The Library may assess fees for other uses not described above.
Fee-based private event reservations are options for the following Community Rooms:

Community Room at Schweitzer Brentwood Branch Library (100) | $150 for a 2-hour minimum; $50 for each additional hour |
