Let your imagination take shape with our Prusa MK4S 3D printers. We offer PLA filament printing, which enables you to create everything from minifigures to durable, custom tools. Bring an open-source file, or create your own design.

• To print, you will need a 3D model in STL format. Staff can help you select a file, or bring in a file from:

o    Thingiverse (free)

o    Printables (free and paid)

o    Cults3d (free and paid)

o    Makerworld (free)

o    Tinkercad (make your own)

o    Thangs (aggregates across many sites)

• Make an appointment with the MakerSpace to discuss color, size, quality, infill, and other specifications. Because prints often take several hours, you do not need to stay the entire time — we will contact you to pick it up when the print is complete.

• Print time depends on the size of print--can range from 15 minutes to 8 hours.

• We can print objects up to: 25×21×21 cm (9.84"×8.3"×8.3")

• Prints times are limited to hours that the Makerspace is open.
