We track stats based on our budget year which is as you'll note in these numbers, our overall branch traffic has decreased and as of 2024, we had only climbed up to about 50% of where we used to be.  We're seeing an increase in door traffic this year and I expect we'll be at about 55% of where we used to be by July of this year.  Once our new auditorium opens up, I expect a healthy bump in our door traffic numbers. 

However, I'll also point out that the meeting room reservations and attendance numbers have remained somewhat steady in terms of events and have seen an increase in the number of actual attendees.  We're also seeing people staying at the Library Center for longer stretches of time now that remote work is more common than it was in the past. 

I've reconfirmed and the only working equipment we have right now is the Avantco refrigerated display case which we just purchased in May of 2024.  So, as you're considering your proposal, it would be worth knowing what you would need to purchase in order for this space to work for you.  There might be some room for negotiation there in terms of monthly rent.
