The Schweitzer Brentwood Branch remains closed due to a maintenance issue. During this period, the drive-through will remain open, offering service from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
3D Printing
The Library’s 3D printer(s) are available to make three dimensional objects using a design that is uploaded from a digital computer file.
The Library’s 3d printer(s) may be used only for lawful purposes and shall not be used to create objects that are:
prohibited, by federal, state, or local law.
unsafe, harmful, dangerous, or pose an immediate threat to the well being of others.
inappropriate for the Library environment.
a violation of copyright, patent, or trademark laws.
The fee for using the 3D printer is 15 cents per gram of finished weight.
Printed 3D items not picked up within seven business days become Library property.
Printed 3D items must be picked up by the individual who printed them.
Only designated Library staff will have hands on access to the 3D printer.
The Library reserves the right to refuse any 3D print request.
Any individual using the Library’s 3D printer agrees to assume responsibility for, and shall hold the Library harmless in, all matters related to the individual’s use of the 3D printer and the printed object(s).
